We custom make every order in-house. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your item(s) to be made before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code and approximate shipping times are as follows:
United States: Avg. 5 - 10 business days (after fulfillment)
Canada: Avg. 5 - 11 business days (after fulfillment)
United Kingdom: Avg. 7 - 9 business days (after fulfillment)
Australia: Avg. 5 - 8 business days (after fulfillment)
Rest of the world: Avg. 15 - 25 business days (after fulfillment)

All of our apparel is printed using Direct To Garment (DTG) technology on extremely high quality 99% premium cotton and 1% poly-blend material. Some designs use more of a polyester base, depending on the item. We use these fabrics because of their durability, softness and their ability to stretch without damage.
All of our sizing information can be found directly on the product pages themselves. "Width" is the horizontal width across the garment from the base of one sleeve (armpit) to the other. "Length" is the vertical length of the garment measured from highest point all the way down to the bottom.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wrong Address If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to zeplon.co. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to zeplon.co and you may be liable for the cost of reshipment.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders of 'Sale Items' are final and non-refundable.
